OGILVY: Brotherhood Program
One of the most meaningful things I’ve done in my career was co founding The Brotherhood Program at Ogilvy a first of its kind initiative in
the entire industry. We built it to give Black men a safe space to share, grow, and be mentored by leaders who’ve been through it. It started
in New York as a way to shift culture from the inside and now it’s grown into a global program across the Ogilvy network.
